Governing Principles
The basic principles of leadership are unchanging regardless of who we are and where we go. Concepts and ideas change from year to year, as do the cultural norms from nation to nation, but the principles of leadership remain the same.
From the book of Genesis through the book of Revelation, from the ancient world to modern society, whether families, Ministers, Elected officials, or CEO’s around the world, Good leadership is required to add value to others and steward God’s created resources.
This Leadership series forms the foundation of our Leadership program. Leadership I is designed to help Business Leaders, Educators, Entrepreneurs, local church Leaders, Missions leaders, and Pastors develop their skills and that of their emerging leaders to strengthen and expand God's Kingdom Influence for the benefit of society.
To accomplish the cultural mandate of Genesis 1:26-28 and the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-20, Luke 24:46-49) Leadership is required. Understanding the Principles governing leadership will change how you think, feel, and live. As you grow in the grace and wisdom of leadership, your ability to lead yourself, your family, and your organization as God intended will grow also.
